- Purchases and Payments Our Platform enables you to purchase products and services from us or third-party sellers. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and to comply with any applicable terms and conditions set forth by the payment processors we work with.

- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in South Africa.
- Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
