Return Policy
At TymeStore, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange in accordance with this Return Policy.
Eligible Items for Return Most items purchased from our app are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. However, certain items are exempt from returns or subject to additional restrictions, such as:
- Perishable goods or items with a limited shelf life
- Customized or personalized items
- Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened)
- Digital products or software (once downloaded or activated)
Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Log into your account on our app and access your order history.
- Select the order you wish to return and choose the "Request Return" option.
- Provide the reason for the return and any additional details as requested.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item(s) back to us.
Return Shipping You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the tracking number for your records.
Refunds Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process a refund to the original payment method used for your purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
For items returned due to our error or a defective product, we will also refund the original shipping costs.
Exchanges If you prefer to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return request as outlined above. Once the original item is received and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Exceptions and Limitations Please note that certain items may be subject to additional return or exchange restrictions, such as electronic goods or furniture. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page or during the checkout process.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item(s) appear to have been used, damaged, or tampered with, or if the return does not comply with our policy.
