Refund Policy

At TymeStore, we strive to provide you with a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds in accordance with this Refund Policy.

Eligible Items for Refund Most items purchased from TymeStore are eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. However, certain items are exempt from refunds or subject to additional restrictions, such as:

  • Perishable goods or items with a limited shelf life
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened)
  • Digital products or software (once downloaded or activated)

Refund Process To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account on the TymeStore app and access your order history.
  2. Select the order you wish to return and choose the "Request Refund" option.
  3. Provide the reason for the refund and any additional details as requested.
  4. Once your refund request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item(s) back to us.

Return Shipping You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us unless the refund is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the tracking number for your records.

Refund Processing Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process a refund to the original payment method used for your purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

For items returned due to our error or a defective product, we will also refund the original shipping costs.

Exceptions and Limitations Please note that certain items may be subject to additional refund restrictions, such as electronic goods or furniture. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page or during the checkout process.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) appear to have been used, damaged, or tampered with, or if the return does not comply with our policy.
