  2. EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer): You can pay via EFT by making a direct bank transfer to our designated account. Please note that orders will only be processed once the payment has cleared in our account.
  3. Mobile Payments: We accept popular mobile payment options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay for added convenience.
  4. Ozow: You can choose to pay using the secure Ozow payment gateway during checkout.
  5. PayU: We accept payments through the PayU payment platform.
  6. PayFast: You can make payments using the PayFast payment gateway.

Payment Processing: All credit/debit card, Ozow, PayU, and PayFast payments are processed through secure payment gateways that encrypt your financial information using industry-standard security protocols. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

Order Processing: Your order will be processed and dispatched for delivery once the payment has been successfully received and cleared. In case of EFT payments, please allow 1-2 business days for the payment to reflect in our account before your order is processed.

Refunds: If you are eligible for a refund due to a product return, cancellation, or other valid reason, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing times.

Fraudulent Transactions: We reserve the right to cancel any orders suspected of involving fraudulent transactions or activities. In such cases, we may request additional verification or documentation to validate the legitimacy of the order.

Currency and Pricing: All prices displayed on our app are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes. While we strive to maintain accurate pricing information, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing discrepancy, we reserve the right to cancel the order or request additional payment to cover the correct price.
